I'm an Executive Coach and HR strategy advisor working with founders, executives, business leaders and investors to deliver transformative growth results.

I work with startup to mid-sized organizations to articulate an HR and performance philosophy, job architecture and design, a compensation plan and headcount budget, and a strategic plan to support the company’s growth and business objectives. The work I do includes rapid scaling of the organization, as well as preparation for investment, M&A, IPO, or sale.

Project work may include analysis of your company’s experience and data against benchmarks and competitive standards, creating a data-driven strategy, setting goal timelines, developing investor/BOD decks, and project and program plans.

Experience spans technology and financial services verticals, as well as working in highly-regulated industries including transportation and health tech.
